MMMmmm I made this yesturday and my is it yummy! I had a muffin mix but I don't have any muffin pans so I used a pie dish and decided I was craving sweet, so I mixed some oatmeal, a pinch of white sugar and some brown sugar together and sprinkled on top before I baked it. It turned out with a nice sweet and crisp topping with a soft fluffy muffin center. Not too shabby for a box mix (well it was in a bag but same concept).

Blueberry Muffin Pie
MMMmmm I made this yesturday and my is it yummy! I had a muffin mix but I don't have any muffin pans so I used a pie dish and decided I was craving sweet, so I mixed some oatmeal, a pinch of white sugar and some brown sugar together and sprinkled on top before I baked it. It turned out with a nice sweet and crisp topping with a soft fluffy muffin center. Not too shabby for a box mix (well it was in a bag but same concept).
